I’m easy when it comes to coffee. I usually order a flat white, a cappuccino and sometimes even a cafe latte. My favourite coffee however, would have to be one part espresso, four parts milk (frothed at no hotter than 60°C) and served in a ceramic cup. That would be Magic!

First time I knowingly made a magic coffee and the results are great
I’ve been trying magic coffee at my local cafe these past two days. I think apart from my morning flat white, this might become my drink of choice. It has just the right strength and less dairy. So ideal! I recommend asking your barista if they make magics at their cafe.
